Jazz Performance Wows Audience
A most appreciative audience thoroughly enjoyed their first live jazz experience with a 90 minute performance of progressive jazz music on July 17th. 4+1, or the Karl Schwonik Quartet accompanied by renowned saxaphone player, Remi Bolduc, performed a series of complex, upbeat instrumental pieces from Karl's soon to be recorded second CD. Jazz fans can get a real treat on Saturday, July 17th at 7:00 PM at the CLHS Theatre. The Karl Schwonik Jazz Ensemble featuring Montreal saxophone master, Remi Bolduc, will perform one of series of bilingual performances across Alberta, and Cold Lake is one stop. Doors open at 6:00 PM. Tickets: General Admission - $10, L'ACFA members - $5. Tickets can be purchased at the L'ACFA office (780-826-5275) in Bonnyville or at the CLHS Theatre door. See you there!
